Providence Pediatric Clinics

Kelly Janish, MD

There’s nothing more important to Dr. Kelly Janish than the compassionate care of children – from newborn through adolescence.  Dr. Janish is equally qualified in the areas of routine well checks and sick and acute visits.  She arrived in Waco in July of 2011 and joined Dr. Bosibori Amoro and Dr. Scott Huitink at the Providence Pediatric Clinic in September 2011.

Dr. Janish is a native Austinite and a proud Longhorn!  She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin.  She then moved to Lubbock to enroll in the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.  She earned her doctorate in medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Texas Tech.

During her final year of residency, she served as Chief Pediatric Resident for Texas Tech Pediatrics, and was recognized as “Resident of the Month” for December, 2010; Outstanding Resident of the year; Pediatric Intensive Care Resident of the year; and Pediatric Neonatal Intensive Care Resident of the year.

Dr. Janish is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  She is excited about her practice in Waco and the opportunity it affords to serve children and families, while becoming involved in community events and organizations.
