Do I Need to Pre-Register?

If you are a patient scheduled for any service provided by Providence Healthcare Network, there is now the ability to pre-register online at your convenience and allow our staff to verify all your information before your appointment.

It is not mandatory that a patient pre-register with our system before arriving at Providence Healthcare Network. This process is simply another way we are striving to make this process easier on you the patient.

When Do I Need to Pre-Register?

To allow enough time for our staff to process your information, please pre-register with our system to allow at least 3-5 business days before your scheduled appointment.
