Cancellation and Refund Policy

Purpose: 
Implementation of procedures addressing cancellation and refunds within the Providence Healthcare Network.

Policy: 
Providence Healthcare Network (PHN) reserves the right to cancel a program at any time.  If Providence Healthcare Network cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund on the program fee.  Providence Healthcare Network recognizes the need for refunding participants with the regulations established below:

• Refunds are available upon receipt of notice 24 hours prior to class.  That notice can be made by phone, email or by mail.
• No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason.  No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation and content.
