Meet the Doctors

Richard Haskett, Jr., MD

Dr. Haskett attended Richfield High School, McLennan Community College and Baylor University in Waco. He completed his medical training at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Haskett has been in practice since 1992 and enjoys reading, sports, and the fine arts. He is married with four children and attends First United Methodist Church of Waco.

Brian Becker, MD

Dr. Becker was born and raised in Waco. He attended Texas A&M University and Baylor University and obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Becker is married and has four children. He enjoys camping, hunting and all manner of outdoor activities. Dr. Becker and his family attend St. Paul Lutheran Church. "I didn't deliver any of my children - I just enjoyed being a dad," Dr. Becker says. "Seeing the other side makes a big difference."

Mark Moore, MD

Dr. Moore is a native of North Dallas and has practiced medicine in Waco since 1998. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington and received his B.S. in Biology and Chemistry. He received his medical degree and residency training in Ob-Gyn at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Dr. Moore is married and has three children. He is an avid sports fan, but also enjoys outdoor activities like boating and hunting, as well as assisting with .his children's team sports. He and his family attend First United Methodist Church of Waco.

Michelle T. Manning, MD

Dr. Manning was born and raised in the Central Texas area and graduated from Lorena High School. She attended Baylor University and spent a semester as an exchange student in Melbourne, Australia. She then received her medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston Medical School. She completed her Ob-Gyn residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham before returning to the Waco area. Dr. Manning is the wife of Dr. Jeff Manning and the proud mother of two little boys. They attend Redeemer Presbyterian Church. She is excited to be back home and enjoys reading, traveling, and dining out with friends.

John F. Bagnasco, MD., MS

Dr. Bagnasco is a native of Queens, New York and has practiced medicine since 1994. He attended the University of Notre Dame where he received his B.S. in Biology. He continued his education at the University of South Carolina where he received a M.S. in Genetic Counseling. He also completed his medical degree at the University of South Carolina. He went on to complete his residency at the University of South Florida. He is married and has four children.

Jeff D. Chancellor, MD

Dr. Chancellor is a native of Texas and has practiced medicine in Central Texas since 2002. He attended Baylor University where he received his B.S. in Biology. He went on to receive his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ohio State University. He is married and has three children.

Katherine Anne Haynes, MD

Dr. Haynes is a native of Fort Smith, Arkansas and has practiced medicine in Waco since 2005. She received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and completed her residency training at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Haynes is the wife of Dr. David Haynes and is the proud mother of boy/girl twins and a younger son. They are members of Austin Avenue United Methodist Church and she enjoys traveling, dining out and spending time with her family.

Paul Redman, MD

Dr. Redman is a native Texan. He obtained his medical degree from University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio. He completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma. His wife, Lauren, is an attorney and teaches at Baylor University. They have four boys and enjoy many activities including skiing, boating, fishing, and being together. They attend Harris Creek Baptist Church.

Beth Truman, RNC-OB, WHNP-BC

Beth Truman has been a nurse practitioner for seven years. She attended McLennan Community College and obtained her Associate Nursing Degree. Beth then studied at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School where she obtained certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Beth concentrates on well-woman exams, OB visits, non-stress monitoring and colposcopies. She has special interests in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, female sexual dysfunction, menstrual disorders and premenstrual syndrome. Beth has a nine-year-old son who is very active in sports and loves the outdoors.

Christy Miller, MS, CNM

Christy Miller received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1983. Her work as a registered nurse included 6 years in Africa and the Caribbean doing public health. Another 5 years as a labor and delivery nurse influenced her decision to become a Certified Nurse Midwife. Her Master in Nursing degree and Certified Nurse Midwife board certification (1996) is from the University of Michigan. Christy is committed to education and gentle, respectful care that allows women to take responsibility for their own lifestyle choices.
