Meet Dr. Martindale

Tim Martindale, MD

Dr. Martindale graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed his residency here in Waco. Dr. Martindale is Board Certified in Family Medicine and was the Chairman of Family Medicine at Providence from 2001-2002 and 2005. He was the Chief of Staff at Providence for 2006 and was president of the McLennan County Medical Society for 2008. He has also served as the Medical Director of the Freeman Center for the past 10 years.

Meet Jean Herzog

Jean Herzog, FNP

Mrs. Jean Herzog is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She received her Doctorate in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University, her Masters of Science in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi in 1993, her Post–Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi in 1999, her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 1982, and her Associates Degree in Nursing from McLennan Community College in 1979. She is currently a faculty member at TAMUCC, teaching in the family nurse practitioner training program. Mrs. Herzog grew up and still lives in rural falls county making McLennan County her work home. Mrs. Herzog enjoys sewing and farm living. Her career in Waco has enabled her to follow multiple generations which she enjoys. Educating and empowering people to take care of their disease processes is her passion.
