The Providence Center for Adult and Pediatric Care specializes in Family and Internal Medicine with a special interest in Allergy Evaluation and Preventative Medicine. On-site lab and X-Ray services are available to patients. The clinic is conveniently located in the Fish Pond Medical Plaza on the corner of Cobbs Dr. and Fish Pond Rd.

Meet the Doctors
Darrell R. Pietsch, MD
Dr. Pietsch received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from the University of Texas in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Science- Physician Assistant Studies with High Honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1991. He graduated with his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1998 and completed the McLennan County Medical Education and Research Foundation Family Practice Research Program in 2001. Dr. Pietsch is a member of the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, the American Association of Family Practice and the Texas Association of Family Practice.
Lisa A. Duchamp, MD
Dr. Lisa Duchamp graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She continued her studies at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and completed her Doctor of Medicine in May 1994. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in 1998. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Dr. Duchamp is a member of the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, the McLennan County Medical Society (board member- 2008) and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Felicia K. Macik, DO
Dr. Felicia Kay Macik studied at Tarleton State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following medical school at the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Macik became a resident at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Conroe. She then completed her fellowship in Obstetrics and Women's Health at the University of Tennessee. While there, she became a Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine. A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Texas Medical Association, Dr. Macik is board certified in family practice medicine. She has been published in a number of medical journals and was recognized as Outstanding Faculty of the Year two years in a row by the Brazos Family Medicine Residency.
