Providence Clinic Relocating - New Building, New Name |
|
|
Dr. Tim Martindale and his
staff at Providence's Lorena Clinic are in the process of relocating their
offices. Having outgrown their current location in Lorena, the Clinic will move
to 7104 New Sanger and become
Providence Family Medicine. The new clinic
is just a block away from Providence Health Center, and will enable Dr.
Martindale to better care for his patients in a nicer, larger facility. The move
should be completed by February 9th, 2004. The new phone number for Providence
Family Medicine is 741-1113.
