Plan providers are doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, medical facilities and health care professionals that have a contract with us to provide health care services to members. To receive the maximum benefits from our plan, you must use plan providers. If you require a service and there is not a plan provider, we will arrange one for you.

Providence Health Alliance (PHA) is a health network which includes Providence Healthcare Network, area physicians, and other providers. The PHA network consists of more than 200 physicians, 15 hospitals, and more than 50 ancillary providers such as pharmacies, laboratories, radiology services, etc.

Providence Health Plans are offered to area employers through the Seton Health Plan, a state-certified Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in Austin, Texas. The Providence Health Alliance and Seton Health Plan are sponsored by the Daughters of Charity National Health System.
